The 2.574.956th approach to rub and glaze mixtures on the net. These are my two personal favourites. I like them because they go together really well and are absolutely easy to make. Just mix ’em up and you’re ready to go.

My Dry Rub:

4 tsp. brown sugar 
3 tsp. chili flakes 
2 tsp. garlic powder 
2 tsp. onion powder 
2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
2 tsp. cayenne pepper 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/2 tsp. dried thyme 
1/2 tsp. smoke-salt 

My BBQ-Glaze:

2 tbsp. olive oil 
2 tbsp. ketchup 
2 tbsp. honey 
2 tbsp. sherry 
2 cloves of garlic, grated
Salt & Pepper 
1/2 – 1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 – 1 tsp. rosemary
