I added a removable ring to my UDS that can hold ribs or something similar. I want to try something like in the video.

They roast their ribs in turns over a centered fire in a steel drum – a perfect fit for my new “small” UDS. As far as I can see, they don’t need so much fuel and the temperature ist not all that blazing hot. Instead, they slowly roast their thoroughly marinated meat covered and rather slow. I think about adding some watered wood chips to give the whole thing a little smoky flavor.
