Mhh, I think I’m on some kind of asian-cooking-trip at the moment… This one is hot, tasty and easy to prepare. Taken from here and adapted to my needs and possibilities.

Ingredients:

120 g ground pork
250 g green beans
2 tbsp garlic, minced
2 tbsp red bean paste
(1 tbsp fresh red chili, diced)

Sauce:
2 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp++ oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch

Method:

Pre-mix sauce and cook the beans. Set both aside.

Heat oil in a wok, add garlic, stir and then add the bean paste. Stir fry for about 30 secs. until fragrant.

Add the ground meat and stir fry until browned (optionally add the chopped chili). Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes then put in the cooked beans and stir fry to heat everything evenly. Add the sauce and let thicken a little. Serve.
