I got a package of these shrimp flavoured egg noodles and I found them very yummy and flavourful. Here’s an easy and filling Recipe:
– Mentioned above noodles for two
– 2 stalks of spring onion
– 2 tsp. garlic, minced (or already prepared, like this stuff)
– 2 tbsp. butter (be generous here)
– 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
– a dash of chili flakes or chili oil
Set up a pot of water for the noodles, set up a sieve. Chop up your spring onions, the white parts into about 3 mm rolls, the green part into 4cm parts. Mince the garlic if necessary. Boil your noodles and strain.
To the used pot over medium heat, add 2 generous tablespoons of butter, the garlic and the white part of the spring onions. Stir often and let become translucent and aromatic.
Put the cooked noodles back in and add the oyster sauce, stir well to combine. Turn off the heat, season with a little chili, stir a last time and serve.
